What you can do
- Create an account and sign in
- Activate your email address
- Reset your password
- Update basic user settings
Service announcements & maintenance
Sometimes Valutra shows a service announcement banner (for example before a deployment).
- You may see it already on the login or registration page.
- It may also be shown inside the app for logged-in users.
During maintenance, new logins can be temporarily blocked.
- Your existing data stays safe.
- If you are already logged in, you might see a maintenance screen until the update is finished.
The public demo can also be temporarily unavailable while it is being refreshed.
Email activation
After registration, you may need to activate your email address.
Why this exists:
- it helps protect your account
- it reduces accidental sign-ups with wrong addresses
If you don’t see the activation email:
- check spam/junk
- try requesting the activation email again
Password reset
If you forget your password:
- open the password reset flow
- follow the email instructions
- set a new password
Tip: use a password manager.
