What feedback is for
Feedback helps improve Valutra. It’s meant for:
- product ideas and feature requests
- confusing UX or missing explanations
- bugs (especially if you can describe steps to reproduce)
What feedback is not for
Feedback is not a support channel for urgent account or access problems.

How to send feedback
Use the in-app feedback form:
- click Feedback in the footer (available on public pages and inside the app)
- describe what you expected and what happened
Tip: include the page you were on and any steps to reproduce. The form automatically attaches technical context (e.g. app version).
What happens next
We review feedback regularly and use it to prioritize improvements. We can’t promise a reply to every message, but everything is read.
